Rev. Francis Sey Holds a B.Sc Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana, Legon and he is a Chartered Accountant and also an International Airport Professional. He also holds a Diploma in Theology from LIFE Bible College Accra, Masters of Divinity from the Trinity Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry program at the same Seminary.
Rev. Sey worked at KPMG, Unilever and Ghana Airports Company.
Rev. Sey left full time job to answer the call of God for full time ministry. He served at various capacities in the church, such as Sunday School teacher, Sunday School Superintendent and local Youth President. He was the Finance Committee Chairman, under whose leadership the annual purchase of cars for pastors was introduced. In addition, he was the Convention Committee Chairman for two consecutive years and later as the National Prayer Director.
He was commissioned as a Pastor of the Foursquare Gospel Church in 2005 and ordained in 2011. He founded the Ashongman branch of the Church. He is the author of the ‘Capsules for Daily Living’, a devotional and ‘Journey to the Place of Abundance’.
Rev. Sey is an Executive Member of The Missiological Society of Ghana. As the current General Overseer of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Ghana, Rev Sey serves as the Chairman of the Governing Council of the LIFE Bible College, Ghana. He is also the National Treasurer of the Ghana Pentecostal Council and the current Chairman of West Africa Mission (WAMCO) of the Foursquare Gospel Church.
